Anything but a wrong number, this frightener directed by Robert Englund ("Freddy Krueger" from the Nightmare on Elm Street movies) packs loads of chills into its compact running time. When a repressed teenage boy finds the title phone number and gives it a jingle for his daily "horror-scope," he gets more than he bargained for -- including scaly skin and very long fingernails!
