Short version:
1a) Extract one of the Application v2.x.x.x files
1b) Run the RosettaStone.exe or setup.exe file from the extraction
2a) Extract the language you want into a separate folder (i.e. Japanese I)
2b) Extract the associated picture files into the same folder
2c) Copy CATMPC.TRS, CDID.TRS and Credits.TRS into the same folder
3) Burn all of the files inside that folder onto a CD
