Here's the mature update for FPS Creator X10.
After this is installed it says "1.08 (TEEN)" in FPSCx10 but I tried it and the ragdolls and blood works just fine.
I installed this on a clean install of FPSCx10 so I don't know if it still works if you install this on an already patched FPSCx10...
