This is the first episode (excluding the pilot) of the fan-produced "Star Trek New Voyages." Fans will enjoy the appearances by some guest stars from the original series (won't spoil it here.) The QuickTime conversion was made from the .iso image of the official DVD release, at the same resolution.
For Macintosh users, the XviD codec for QuickTime is included in the download. Like the episode itself, the codec is freely distributable under the licensing terms.
