Sinopsis: Homero se lesiona en una caída y en el hospital desarrolla la habilidad de cantar con una maravillosa voz operística cuando está tumbado. El Sr. Burns oye a Homero durante una de sus sesiones de canto en el hospital e inmediatamente le contrata como protagonista de la obra que produce, \"La Bohme\". Aunque Homero tiene que tumbarse durante la actuación, impresiona a la audiencia en la Casa de la Ópera de Springfield. Homero se convierte en una enorme celebridad, especialmente entre las mujeres, para disgusto de Marge. Mientras huye de una muchedumbre de fans enloquecidos, Homero es salvado por una misteriosa mujer llamada Julia (interpretada por Maya Rudolph), quien parece preocuparse un poco demasiado por el bienestar de Homero.
