Dougie freut sich auf Halloween. Er hat sich als Satans little Helper, eine Figur aus seinem Lieblingsvideospiel, verkleidet. Mit seiner Schwester Jenna will er, die extra für diesen Feiertag aus dem College anreist, eine Nacht voller Tricks und Schrecken verbringen. Doch Jenna bringt ihren Freund Alex mit nach Hause, was bei Dougie auf wenig Begeisterung stt. Da Dougie Alex absolut nicht leiden kann macht er sich alleine auf den Weg in die Dunkelheit der Halloween-Nacht. Auf seinem Streifzug durch die Straßen von Bell Island entdeckt er einen düsteren Mann mit einer grässlichen Satansmaske. Dougie schließt sich dem mysteriösen Mann an und erlebt mit ihm eine Nacht voller blutiger Schrecken und skurrilen Erlebnissen. Dougie hält das alles für einen einzigen Spaß und nimmt Satan seinen Herrn und Meister mit zu sich nach Hause. Was er nicht ahnt, unter der düsteren Maske verbirgt sich ein grausamer Psychopath, der seine nächsten Opfer bereits gefunden hat...
