Dans un futur proche, un nouveau virus dévaste le monde, le SARS N°4. Tous les pays sont touchés sauf la Thaïlande. Cependant, un homme est infecté et se transforme en une sorte de zombi. Pendant ce temps, la fille d'un riche homme d'affaire est kidnappée. Elle et ses ravisseurs vont vite être confrontés à ce zombi. Arrivent alors un vieux maître expert au maniement de l'épée et son élève naïf, mais tout aussi doué pour le combat, qui vont devoir libérer la jeune fille.
