Lucio Battisti è il primo album di Lucio Battisti, pubblicato per la Dischi Ricordi 



nel marzo 1969.

Il disco si propone di raccogliere canzoni scritte con Mogol per altri cantanti 



reinterpretate dall'artista (29 Settembre, Il vento e Nel cuore nell'anima), alcune 



canzoni già uscite su 45 giri negli anni passati (Per una lira, Io vivrò e La mia 



canzone per Maria) e altri suoi recenti successi (tra tutti Un'avventura, proposta a 



Sanremo, Non è Francesca e Balla Linda, vincitrice del Cantagiro).

Due curiosità: Prigioniero del mondo è una delle tre canzoni incise ufficialmente 



da Battisti ma non scritte da lui (il testo è di Mogol e la musica di Carlo Donida), 



le altre due sono Adesso sì e La compagnia, mentre la versione di Per una lira 



contenuta in questo album differisce nell'arrangiamento da quella pubblicata su 



singolo nel 1966.
