Für Gram River einen Gelegenheitsarbeiter, der fast keinen Job ablehnt, endet mal wieder ein ganz normaler Tag auf dem Wasserplanet Mars. Müde und erschöpft will sich Gram zuhause die Beine hochlegen und ausspannen, von der Arbeit, aber daraus wird wohl nix. Bon, sein kleiner Mitbewohner, hat sich anheuern lassen um ein Lagerhaus auszuräumen. Bevor aber Gram die Lage richtig checken kann kommt auch schon die Erdarmee. Die Arbeitgeber sind sofort weg. Nun peilt Gram endlich die Lage das die so netten Arbeitgeber eine Piratenbande gewesen sind. Er schnappt sich Bon und versucht mit einem Kran der Armee zu entkommen.
