In Zoop the Movie gaan de Rangers via een uitwisselingsprogramma naar het kleurrijke Zuid-Afrika. Daar aangekomen merken ze dat het in het Wildpark heel slecht gaat met de wilde dieren die er wonen. Ze willen niets liever dan de dieren helpen en zetten alles op alles om de dieren een beter leven te geven. Dit gaat echter niet zomaar, al snel merken de Rangers dat het er in de natuur heel anders aan toe gaat dan in de dierentuin en zijn ze overgeleverd aan de natuur en het grote avontuur
