Etwa ein Jahr nach den Ereignissen von
"Waechter der Nacht" bemueht sich Anton
(Konstantin Khabensky) nach wie vor, die
Maechte der Dunkelheit in Schach zu halten.
Ein alptraumhafter Job, seit sein Sohn Yegor
(Dmitry Martynov) aus Verachtung fuer ihn
zur finsteren Seite uebergelaufen ist und
von Dunkelfuerst Zavulon (Victor Verzbitsky)
protegiert wird. Zudem muss Anton noch die
telekinetisch begabte Svetlana (Mariya
Poroshina) ausbilden. Als ein Nachtgeschoepf
ermordet wird, hat Zavulon einen Vorwand, um
seine Armeen fuer die Machtuebernahme zu
mobilisieren.
