SINOPSIS

Después de la muerte de su padre, Kale (Shia LaBeouf) se convierte en un chico silencioso, huraño, retraído y perturbado hasta el punto de que el juez ordena su arresto domiciliario. Su madre, Julie (Carrie-Anne Moss), trabaja día y noche para mantener el hogar, pero su único agradecimiento es la indiferencia. Las paredes del domicilio empiezan a oprimir a Kale, que acaba convirtiéndose en un mirón a medida que empiezan a interesarle los pequeños acontecimientos que puede seguir desde las ventanas de su casa. Kale sospecha que uno de sus vecinos es un asesino en serie. ¿Será verdad o son imaginaciones creadas por su encierro forzoso?
