Filmens handling:
Det hela handlar om Casper, det vänliga spöket och han bor i slottet Whipstaff Manor med Spinken, Stinkis och Fatso, hans farbröder. Slottets giriga ägare vill driva ut spökena och till hjälp anlitar hon spökteraupeten Dr. Harvey.
Han flyttar dit med sin dotter Kat som blir vän med Casper men Hans farbröder tänker inte tillåta "köttisar" i deras slott och gör allt vad de kan för att driva ut dem.
Saken är den att om Dr. Harvey lyckas kommer den giriga ägaren lägga vantarna på slottets dolda skatt.
