Filmens handling:

Chad (Jean-Claude Van Damme), en karate instruktör från Los Angeles blir påtryckt av mannen som uppfostrat honom, Fran Avery, att åka till Kina. Där stöter Chad på Alex (Jean-Claude Van Damme), en småskurk som är uppväxt på gatorna i Hong Kong.

De båda får veta att de är enäggstvillingar vars liv blev delade när de var nyfödda, då deras föräldrar blev brutalt mördade. Nu söker de hämnd.
