Fourteen of the nation's top chefs compete to convince the French that we can match them in gastronomic prowess. Mark Hix and Michael Caines are competing to represent the South West of England in the Great British Menu Final. For the main course, Mark provides a modern interpretation of a traditional dish, rabbit and crayfish stargazy pie, and Michael goes for sophistication with honey roast duck. Presented by Jennie Bond.
