Un groupe de jeunes en route pour un club de striptease dans le but d'enterrer la vie de garçon de l'un d'entre eux, se retrouve accidentellement coincé dans les couloirs d'une station abandonnée du métro New Yorkais. Alors qu'ils cherchent une issue, ils assistent au meutre sanglant d'un policier. Les assassins, qui vivent dans les sous-sols de la ville et se nourrissent  de leur proies, les aperçoient, et décident de les traquer et de les massacrer un à un, jusqu'au dernier. Le cauchemar ne fait que commencer.
