Ühel päeval saab Imeline, või siis nüüd Bob Parr, salapäraselt isikult pakkumise, mille ta suures minevikuigatsuses ka vastu võtab. Kui selgub, et tööots on tegelikult lõks vanade vaenlaste poolt, peab Imeline koos terve oma superkangelasperega end paljastama ning end ja paljusid süütuid inimesi päästma.
