E'la vigilia di Natale. Angela Bridges, un'ambiziosa giovane donna in carriera, si è trattenuta al lavoro, e sta per andare al party natalizio a casa dei suoi. Quando scende in garage per prendere la macchina, scopre che la sua auto non parte. Il garage è deserto e il suo cellulare non funziona. Quando Thomas, un affabile addetto alla sicurezza, sopraggiunge per offrirle aiuto, Angela accetta con qualche riserva. Ma anche lui non riesce a far partire l'automobile, e a quel punto la invita nel suo piccolo ufficio all'interno del garage, per una modesta cena natalizia. Angela lo schernisce, senza rendersi conto della situazione in cui si trova: sono mesi che Thomas la osserva, e il suo invito a cena non è affatto casuale. L'unico modo per sopravvivere, sarà quello di cercare una via di fuga dal livello -2 di quel maledetto garage.
