Summary:





"Death & The Strawberry" is so named because of the two main characters. Bleach is about an ordinary high school student, Kurosaki Ichigo, whose life is made extraordinary when he meets a shinigami named Kuchiki Rukia, who turns Ichigo into a shinigami at the expense of losing her own powers. Ichigo gains her responsibilities as well as her powers. 





Shinigami are death gods, whose responsibilities include guiding departed souls to the after life, which is called Soul Society by shinigami. It's where they live and work, primarily. The second job of a shinigami is to fight evil spirits called "hollows."
