MY PHONE. IT WORKS VERY WELL FOR ME. I FILL VERY SAD IF IT DOESN'T WORKS FOR YOU.
BY FLASHING THIS ROM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL YOUR PHONE DATA WILL BE WIPED (FACTORY RESET).

Before even trying to flash this ROM, you should be aware of the following:
- How to use the "fastboot" utility
- How to use the "adb" utility
- How to flash a custom recovery image, read here "http://forum.hdblog.it/showthread.php?t=3995"
In order to flash this ROM you will need a special recovery image. I've prepared
the recovery image and included it in the download package. You will have to
flash it, and then you can flash the ROM.
Procedure:
1: Make sure phone is connected and fully detected on your PC. "adb get-state"
will show you the current state of the device, should print "device".
NOTICE: "adb" will work only if USB debugging is turned on.
2: Copy the "image" directory of the download package to phone's SDCARD.
You can rename the directory to something else if you need to.
3: Boot the phone in recovery mode, with customized recovery image that comes
with this download package. NOTICE: to go to recovery mode press
"VOLUME UP + SEND + END" buttons simultaneously.
4: After the phone is booted into recovery mode, you will see a menu screen. Press
"MENU" button to back up the phone, before flashing the ROM. This will allow
you to restore your original ROM, if something went wrong.
5: Run following command:
adb shell nandroid-mobile.sh restore /sdcard/<your image directory>
Replace "<your image directory>" with the name of directory you used in step 2
Now watch for the procedure. After it finishes press "BACK" button to reboot
the phone with the new ROM.
