Alanis Morrisette, Andy Dick, Jason Priestly, Jeff Goldblum, Joel Madden, Ralph Macchio, Rossanna Arquette, Tom Sizemore o Traci Lords son algunas de las celebridades del cine, la música o los deportes que forman parte de la lista de pacientes de Elizabeth Goode, la psiquiatra de las estrellas, protagonista de "De locos" ("Head Case"), una de las series donde la realidad y ficción se dan la mano gracias a unos guiones desternillantes y al talento interpretativo de la actriz Alexandra Wentworth ("Jerry Maguire", "Felcity"), verdadera sacerdotisa de la función.


"De locos" juega a ser el reverso irónico y desmadrado de "En terapia". Los supuestos pacientes se sientan en el diván dispuestos no sólo a ser psicoanalizados, sino literalmente vapuleados por Elizabeth Goode, una terapeuta que no tiene pelos en la lengua y que no quiere ofrecer una cara amable, sino todo lo contrario. El personaje se jacta de tener un estilo único, y éste es mordaz, ingenioso y, a veces, incluso borde.
