"Ha costado años de trabajo pero al fin tenemos aquí el vídeo completo con la película Metal Gear Solid: Philanthropy realizada por fans. Puede que no tuviesen apenas recursos pero el resultado es excepcional y Giacomo Talamini, responsable del guión, la dirección y la edición de la película (con 70 minutos de duración estamos ante una película, nada de cortos) hace también gran trabajo encarnando al mismísmo Solid Snake.





La historia se sitúa después de Metal Gear Solid y nos propone una serie de acontecimientos alternativos a los de MGS 2 bastante bien integrados dentro de la trama general y muy bien construidos. Si visualmente es impecable, el guión también está a la altura de la obra que homenajea y presenta infinidad de guiños para disfrute de todos los que hemos pasado horas y horas pegados al mando."
