Trama





Ben Tennyson, un ragazzino di dieci anni, amante delle avventure, dei fumetti e di tutto ciò che è "anormale", si appresta entusiasta, una volta terminata la scuola, a trascorrere una lunga e avventurosa vacanza, in campeggio con il camper del nonno Max; ben presto però il suo entusiasmo scema, scoprendo che la dovrà trascorrere insieme all'odiata cugina Gwen; la scoperta risulta fastidiosa per entrambi, ed è immediata causa di litigi a cui Max cerca di porre fine. Alfine gli animi si calmano e nonno Max riesce a portarli a visitare una foresta, ma i due cugini rimangono astiosi fra loro, e la cena naturalistica preparata da nonno Max, a base di scarafaggi cotti, contribuisce a peggiorare il clima, tanto che Ben se ne va a fare un giro per la selva...
