Mark Draveni, carismático líder de una vampírica y extravagante hermandad, se ve seducido por una nueva alumna del instituto, una maléfica rubia llamada Serena. Tras mantener una fugaz relación, ella desaparece misteriosamente. Un viejo amigo avisa a Mark del peligro que conlleva tratar con Serena y de la maldición mortal que va sembrando a su paso. El símbolo de la maldición es un estigma en la mano derecha que adquiere todo aquel que haya sido su amante. Podría tratarse de una leyenda urbana, o tal vez no... Lo cierto es que Mark lleva su mano derecha marcada.
