ENGLISH: Mirrors is in my opinion a very decent horror movie. Ripped by me, subs also in English for the hearing impaired. ENJOY...





RIP-QUALITY: As good as it can be = Full Dvd Quality achieved.


DvdRip and all subtitles as usually all ripped and tested by me - all works


perfectly. Ripped to xvid(.avi) with the slowest/best possible settings for


maximum quality. As some of you already know i am watching my rips on a 37 inch 


LCD TV so it must look perfect to me (just like watching the dvd) only then i am satisfied and it gets a release...

The concept for this movie comes from the Korean film - Into the Mirror, which I really enjoyed. I'm a huge Asian film fan, so I had reservations about a Hollywood remake. However, it's not a true remake, since it's NOT an exact copy. But it's most definitely "borrowed" (to be polite) all the ideas and concepts from it's Korean original. Anyway, if you've seen the original, you'll already have a good idea of what to expect. But - there's also plenty in here that you won't as the director has added lots of added surprises and has twisted the original story-line considerably. This film was a really pleasant surprise, in as much as I really enjoyed it. The acting is very good, most notably Kiefer. The director - who did Switchblade Romance (another really good film) has used the original to make a great partial re-make with lots of surprises, much more gore and nice little extras. Recommended if you enjoyed Into The Mirror. Likewise if you enjoy creepy horrors with a fair amount of good old gore! Better than expected :)
