Synopsis (English):





This is a Swedish film reminiscent of the ordeals of childhood already depicted in Mit liv so"m Hund and some others. Tsatsiki is in the middle of a continued battle between love and misunderstanding. A young boy that needs contact with those around him, but who never gets what he deserves. Inventive, delicate and sometimes difficult, this film is an open page to write in with your past. Even when many things turn out wrong for Tstatsiki, hope never dies and, in the end, it's hope what drives the film. All the characters are believable, definitely well portrayed and carefully picked. The turns and twists of fate for Tsatsiki are as real as they can get, because they are the twists of life. Seen from the eyes of a young kid, make everything more believable. Anyway, this is not a "common" family, but one of the many functional-dysfunctional new phenomenons that try to convey the sense of possibility even in dire straits. A film for the family.

Tsatsiki - Vänner för alltid är en film om pojken Tsatsiki, producerad 2001. Ett känt citat ur filmen är "Vet du vad jag tycker är viktigast? Att ha en kompis." Filmen är baserad på böckerna av Moni Nilsson-Brännström. Den första filmen om Tsatsiki heter Tsatsiki, morsan och polisen.





Tsatsikis mor lever lycklig med polisen Göran. Men Tsatsiki är inte så lycklig. Hans tjej har gjort slut, han är ovän med sin bästis och semestern i Grekland riskerar att gå i stöpet för hans mamma ska på turné med sin rockgrupp. Som tur är träder morfar in och de två får en händelserik resa. När Tsatsiki kommer hem försonas han med flickvännen och kompisen har blivit lite klokare... Nu vet han att de ensammaste människorna är de som inte har några vänner...
