trama


Un gruppo di amici rinviene una donna imprigionata in un buco vestita da babbo natale. Dopo i primi tentativi di salvarla, i ragazzi scoprono che la donna è una famosa rapinatrice in possesso di un pingue bottino. A quel punto, per recuperare i soldi, decidono di lasciarla morire e poi di trasformarla in uno zombi con una cerimonia voodoo vista in un film…

"Da amanti dell’horror conoscerete sicuramente la serie Tv Masters of Horror, composta da episodi indipendenti firmati dai più grandi (o quasi) registi horror contemporanei, da Don Coscarelli a Stuart Gordon, Tobe Hooper e John Carpenter passando per il visionario Takashi Miike e l’italiano Dario Argento.


La serie di cui vi parliamo oggi si chiama invece Películas para no dormir e, come avrete capito, arriva dalla Spagna.


Ve l’ho introdotta parlandovi di Masters Of Horror perchè la sua genesi è molto simile a quest’ultima: sei registi spagnoli hanno collaborato insieme alla realizzazione dei sei mediometraggi che compongono questa serie: Alex de la Iglesia, Enrique Urbizu, Mateo Gil, Paco Plaza, Chicho Ibañez Serrador e Jaume Balagueró.


A parte un paio di casi, queste Películas para no dormir sono davvero ben sceneggiate, ben costruite ed altrettanto ben recitate per un risultato davvero notevole."
