När Patriks kollega Johan Falk inser att en av krogarna som utsatts för hot ägs av en viss Leo Gaut, en gangster som Johan satte bakom lås och bom för tio år sedan (i filmen "Noll Tolerans"), återupptar han kontakten med den numera laglydige Leo för att få mer information. Det är starten på en rad hårda uppgörelser och hämndaktioner där både Johan och Leo, samt deras familjer, ställs inför svåra och obarmhärtiga beslut...
