Wireless Settings Transfer or steal Tool:
This is a simple tool that exports Windows Vista/7 WLAN profiles from netsh without requiring elevation. It also comes with a tool to batch import a folder
full of exported profiles. DOES NOT WORK FOR XP or older.
Instructions to export a wireless profile:
Run WiFi Settings Exporter.exe
Type in the SSID of the network settings you want to export.
Click Backup
The settings are stored in an xml file in the same folder as the tool.
To import either use netsh or the batch importer.
The batch importer will import a whole folder of xml files.
