Vince Chase es un joven y atractivo actor cuya carrera va en subida. Para compartir la diversion de su carrera hacia la cima de Hollywood y para mantenerlo con los pies en la tierra, Vince busca a Eric, Drama y Turtle, sus amigos de la infancia de Queens. Juntos navegaran los altos y bajos de la acelerada vida de Hollywood, donde las apuestas son mas altas y el dinero y las tentaciones mas grandes que nunca. Pero ello no les evitara divertirse todo el camino. Adrian Grenier (Drive Me Crazy, Hart s War) protagoniza como Vince, un actor al borde del estrellato. Kevin Connolly (Antwone Fisher, John Q) interpreta a Eric, el mas cercano confidente de Vince, quien esta aprendiendo las reglas del negocio y trata de ayudar a Vince a tomar la decisions correctas y mantener sus metas apuntando hacia lo alto. Kevin Dillon (The Doors, Platoon) interpreta al medio hermano de Vince, Johnny Drama, cuyas aspiraciones actorales se vieron eclipsadas por el exito de Vince, pero eso no detiene a Johnny de buscar trabajo constantemente e ir a audiciones. Jerry Ferrara (Grounded for Life, Leap of Faith) interpreta a Turtle, el que menos experiencia tiene en el grupo y que siempre quiere pasarla bien.
