Jonas Erik Altberg [born December 22nd 1984, in Halmstad, Sweden], better known by the pseudonym Basshunter, is a Swedish producer, singer-songwriter, and DJ. Basshunter describes his style of music as Eurodance, his earlier music is better described as trance music.





'Bass Generation' is the fifth studio album by musician Basshunter. It was first released on September 28th 2009. Best known for his energetic and melodic brand of euro-dance, this album sticks to the formula that made his previous effort, 2008's 'Now You're Gone', an international success. Catchy lyrics and hi-tempo beats, makes this record his most confident yet. This is the 2 Disc Edition which includes a bonus disc of re-mixes and two Swedish language tracks. The standard edition [1CD Edition] contains 14 tracks, plus a hidden track, 'Numbers', which I have included on CD1 as Track 15.





'Every Morning', was the first single released from the album on September 21st 2009. The song was first performed at the UK Dance Nation Tour in April 2009. The song is about a former girlfriend of Basshunter's. It has so far reached the top 20 in the UK and the top 40 in New Zealand. Its accompanying music video was filmed on location in Majorca. It premiered on August 12th 2009.
