Bij een overval op het Metropolitan Museum worden diverse kostbaarheden buit gemaakt. In een wilde achtervolging verliezen de overvallers echter de macht over het stuur en detective Carl McBride weet de objecten terug te vinden. Onder de buit is ook een mysterieuze schatkaart. Carl schakelt de hulp in van zijn broer Brian, maar dan wordt hij zelf gekidnapt door Arterra, het brein achter de overval. Om zijn broer te redden moet Brian de schat vinden en Arterra te slim afblijven.
