L'FBI é pronta ad entrare in azione nella fabbrica dove un sadico serial Killer noto come il "Ragno" ha intrappolato le sue vittime. Fuori dall'edificio aspetta anche il Dottor Fredrick Leemen che ha ricostruito la personalità del killer. Purtroppo l'azione non va come previsto e perdono la vita sia le vittime che i componenti della squadra che doveva liberarle. Il Dottor Leemen, decide così di ritornare al suo vecchio lavoro in una clinica psichiatrica per ragazzi, dove cercherà di aiutare, Matthew, un ragazzo appena uscito dal coma che soffre di uno stato di amnesia permanente. Quando un giorno Matthew, entra in possesso del materiale che il Dottor Leemen aveva raccolto sul Ragno, Matt comincia ad avere delle visioni, degli incubi incredibilmente realistici, che lo legano a doppio filo alle vicende del Ragno...
