Helen hat ihr Kind im 9. Monat verloren. Jetzt könnte sie etwas Erholung gebrauchen auf der Farm ihres Bruders unten in Georgia. Ehemann Shawn, Fotograf und passionierte Großstadtpflanze, hat auf dem Land so seine Anpassungsschwierigkeiten und fühlt sich nicht recht wohl auf einem Grundstück, in dessen uraltem Gartenschuppen mal eine Dame gewohnt haben soll, die man als Hexe hingerichtet hat.
