Amazing Stories. 3 Halloween Episodes and Music torrent download



OK, I lied. Only one of these episodes actually played in October before Halloween (Mummy Daddy) but that doesn't make the other two episodes less cool to watch! Wanted to have this ready for those who like to watch cool videos in October to celebrate Halloween. Maybe for some of you younger ones this will be your first time to watch these episodes.





Season 1, Episode 19: Mirror, Mirror


Original Air Date...9 March 1986


Martin Scorsese (yes...that Martin Scorsese) helms this creepy tale of a popular horror novelist (Sam Waterston) who begins to see a mysterious, hooded figure (an unrecognizable Tim Robbins) in mirrors and other reflective surfaces, lurking behind him, only to find nothing whenever he turns around. At first, the figure has a knife. Then a garrote wire. And he's getting closer each time the novelist catches a glimpse of him. It's a stylish effort, slickly directed and effectively eerie. English and Spanish subtitles included





Season 1, Episode 4: Mummy Daddy


Original Air Date...27 October 1985


Of all the show's purely comedic episodes, this is probably the funniest. Its an energetic romp about an actor in a cheesy, low-budget horror film


(Bronson Pinchot plays the Spielbergesque director) who rushes off to the hospital when his wife goes into labor, but neglects to shed his mummy costume beforehand, causing a posse of rednecks to form a lynch mob. Directed by William Dear (Harry And The Hendersons), and featuring a very early score by Danny Elfman(with assistance from Steve Bartek), this is one of the show's high points. Season 2, Episode 8: Go to the Head of the Class


Original Air Date...21 November 1986


In this hour-long episode, a teenage horror buff (Coffey) is so smitten with a sexy classmate (Masterson) that he helps her use black magic on their loathsome English teacher, with shocking and bewildering results. Read more here:
