Pocket Lips are a group of Producers and Engineers who formed as an outfit in early 2008 after previously individually working and touring with other artists as diverse as Roots Manuva through to Babyshambles.





Mr Hudson has recently contacted the band to ask them to remix a track from his new album Staight No Chaser. While acclaimed London DJ GoldieRocks has re-mixed a track of theirs which has been dropped on dancefloors all over the capital.





Recent gigs have seen Pocket Lips support Matt Berry at a sold out London Scala, and join up with The Dub Pistols to support them all over the UK as they toured in support of their recent album. Other shows have seen them play at The Secret Garden Party, YOYO, Lounge On The Farm, Rooz Studios and Ban Jam.





The Pockets roots lay in Hip-Hop but presented in a way heavily influenced by funk, breakbeat and electro wrapped up in the swagger of Rock and Roll. All the tracks from the forthcoming EP have been played numerous times on BBC Radio 6 by Tom Robinson as well as a host of independant stations across the UK.
