Desc. : won2 is a FREE alternative to Steam network. After installing this torrent the user will be able to play on many won2 servers which are not steam , using the counter strike mod 1.5 (not mistaken with cs 1.6 which is different)

Install notes:


1. mount HALFLIFE.iso using Deamon tools or your favourite method for installing games from disc rips.


2. Install the Half Life game from the mounted disc.


3. Install csv15full.exe - the Counter Stike 1.5 addon.


4. Install hl1110.exe - update for half life


5. Install hl1111_release.exe - update for HL from Won2


6. Install hl1112_final.exe - Final update for HL from Won2


7. Copy woncomm.lst to valve folder of HL , usually c:\Sierra\Half-Life\valve , overwriting the existing file there.


Notes for running:


Use Half Life CDkeygen.exe to generate a key for HL on first run.


I avoid generating a key just by typing: 12345678901234 as a cd key for half life. But if that fails use the keygen from the torrent :)


When you load CS mod , and play online , just click update and you will see a plenty of servers and players ( roughly 850 server with 2600 players)
