Jimmy Maclaren is een loser van de bovenste plank. Zijn vriendin dumpt hem om de haverklap, om vervolgens weer bij hem terug te komen. Met Fletch, een vriend van Jimmy, gaat het al niet veel beter. Als clown heeft hij een kindje geslagen en is daarom ontslagen. Terwijl de twee zich bezatten in een bar, krijgt Jimmy opeens het idee om een wandeltocht te maken om er even tussenuit te knijpen. Door een onfortuinlijke speling van het lot belanden de twee in een dorp, waar het van meet af aan al niet pluis blijkt te zijn. De naïeve en door vrouwenschoon gedreven Fletch kan zich er maar amper druk om maken. Wanneer de twee ‘s nachts bij een groep buitenlandse studentes belanden in een bouwvallig huisje in de bossen, gaat het mis. Het dorp blijkt vervloekt en niet lang nadat ze dat hebben ontdekt, worden ze belaagd door vampiers. Lesbische vampiers.
