Charles Graiman, creatore del Knight 2000 e ora del nuovo Knight 3000, sta fuggendo da alcuni criminali che vogliono il contenuto dei sui Hard-Disk per sfruttare le tecnologie e i progetti per le loro attvità illegali. Durante la perquisizione dei criminali al laboratorio di Charles il Knight 3000 si attiva e parte alla ricerca di Sarah, figlia di Charles, e successivamente inizierà a cercare Mike Traceur (filgio di Michael Knight).
