I assure you that I've tried and tested it and works 100% on my Ipod Touch firmware 3.0.
Once you got Cydia app(you would get this after you jailbreak your itouch), add this source: http://cydia.hackulo.us into the Cydia "manage" button menu and this would show you a list of sources. But you want to add this source: http://cydia.hackulo.us. Go to "add" and just type it in and press "done". Hope you enjoy :)
