TomTom Australia for iPhone recently release to itunes music store
Instructions
1. First you must have a jailbroken iphone you can do this by following the Dev Teams instuctions at blog.iphone-dev.org
2. Double click the app and it should load in to itunes
3. On your iphone you will need to install Appsync for 3.0 for cydia this is done by tapping cydia, manage, sources, edit, add, and then type http://cydia.hackulo.us/, click add source, it will give you a warning just ignore it by pressing add anyway, click the hackulo.us source, tap, AppSync for 3.0, install, wait, then press return to cydia.
4. Connect iphone to computer and the app should sync
