This is a windows program for text to speech. It has a gui like notepad where you can type, or copy and paste text to be read. The 2nd speech center gui allows for text to wav, text to speech, read files aloud, select voices, select speed. 2nd Speech Center also has a command line interface for almost all of the features. Included is a .bat file with an example of how to use.

TTS Voices
---------------------------
Cepstral has some of the best TTS voices available. Included are the clearest sounding voices they make, and a keygen for them. Samples of each of the voices can be found in the MP3 Voice Samples folder, it will make it easy for you to pick which voice you want to use.
Included Cepstral voices are:
Amy - US English
Callie - US English
Damien - Evil English
David - US English
Diane - US English
Miguel - Spanish
Jennifer - Not Cepstral, US English
Audrey (just the torrent) - Very high quality voice. 600+ MB in size, seperate torrent.
Each Cepstral voice comes with 'swifttalker' a TTS utility with a gui and command line interface (in the folder you install to). To register each voice, use the keygen (disconnect from internet), then -- in the start menu, Cepstral > Cepstral Tools. Activate license.
Microsoft SAPI 5.1 Files (SAPI is required for most or all of these)

These are required if you DO NOT ALREADY have SAPI installed. They are made for XP. They work on Vista installing SAPI 5.1 instead of 5.3 which is not a redistributable package.
