Con ChemDraw Spotfire è possibile vedere strutture da ChemFinder o Registration System, integrare dati biologici e creare sub-strutture e ricerche di testi. Richiede Spotfire DecisionSite. Quando viene visualizzata una molecola, si può cambiare la prospettiva ChemDraw con un semplice click orizzontale o verticale del mouse.
E’ possibile generare nomi sistematici per strutture chimiche grazie al supporto delle regole Cahn-Ingold-Prelog della stereochimica.
Chem3D permette di visualizzare grafici di alta qualità. Ma le caratteristiche innovative di questo programma sono davvero innumerevoli.
