After you've extracted the files and are ready to play, go to Sim City 3000\Game\Res\Sound and open the AUDIO file with a text editor such as Notepad.





Find the part that says...

...where X is the drive letter you are using. Just click Save and close your text editor and you are ready to play with sound.
