Hoy es un día especial.


Nuestro héroe está a punto de participar en la ceremonia de entrada a la mayoría de edad, en la que todos los jóvenes de la aldea deben someterse en su décimosexto cumpleaños.


Para ello deberá luchar contra una horda de monstruos que acechan en la oscuridad del bosque que rodea el pueblo.


Finalmente, después de derrotar a la última gran bestia, el héroe regresará triunfal a la aldea.


Un cristal misterioso que flota en el aire y emana un peligroso poder está vinculado a Charlotte, una atractiva joven que anunciará la buena noticia: ¡nuestro héroe ha superado la prueba!.


Pero antes de poder celebrar el feliz acontecimiento, una joven del pueblo caerá gravemente enferma...


Nuestro héroe abandonará por primera vez la aldea en busca de la medicina capaz de curar a la niña, pero en su viaje descubrirá que la enfermedad de la joven es muy antigua y está causada por unos cristales que desaparecieron del mundo hace muchísimos años.....o eso creen
