Crime drama series featuring Richard Wyle as Anthony Smith, a Scotland Yard man attached to Interpol. John Longden was his boss, Inspector Mercer. Smith investigated crimes around the world, many of a bizarre or politically sensitive nature, bringing the series within the realm of international intrigue (often due to writer Brian Clemens, who cut his teeth on a large percentage of the scripts for this show before moving on to making a series of his own with 'The Avengers'). The series was produced by Danziger Photoplays, a British-based company headed by American brothers Edward and Harry Danziger, who churned out numerous low-budget features and TV programs in the 1950s.





Synopsis: Khan, a visiting Eastern dignitary, contacts Interpol when a priceless statue is stolen from his apartment.
