Note from Uploader: My wife and I are currently going through certification programs for Elementary Education. I have a bachelor's degree in Comp Sci and she has a BFA in Graphic Design. I currently work as a web developer, but we both recently decided to become teachers. While looking for this guide online, I was shocked it couldn't be found on my usual torrent sites. I had to do some searching on questionable sites and finally found it on rapidshare. That is NOT acceptable. I hope some of you find this helpful.
