Not necessarily a workout in the conventional sense, its not a "get your heart pumping as fast you can" type workout, but it is about building up your core muscles used in bellydance through a pilates based workout. I've not done pilates so I can't really comment on her stretches etc, but it seems reasonable enough.
I do feel it is a bit short at 39mins including the bonus performance, but as workouts go, do you need longer? (ok I know there are some who exercises hours a day...lol I'm just lazy then I guess...*stuffs another plain chocolate digestive in her mouth* 8) )
This is another HMC release...and again they haven't encoded it in high quality...even when plenty of space left on the disc.
