From his twinkly dimples to his steel-cut abs, Mario Lopez has been breaking hearts since the 1990s when he starred on Saved by the Bell. So what does it take to land a date with this star? Mario is offering his own recipe suggestions in his new book Knockout Fitness, with eating plans and tips to jump-start your workout routine. "It's all about having fun and it's all about keeping your muscles guessing," he says. "People get stuck in a rut always just trying to go to the gym, but just be open minded. Take classes, go outside!" Grooving on stage in shows like Dancing with the Stars has also helped to keep this handsome star in shape, but he says he is still waiting for his dream dance partner. "I'm thinking Rachael can probably move a little, what do you think?" he says, asking her for a spin on the dance floor. "You'd look cute in those costumes, too!" Rachael is flattered but declines, noting, "That would take more than two margaritas my friend!"
