This is a cute little mystery/detective story with a horde of dogs thrown in with the usual kid heroes and bungling crooks.
The source for this was a Betacam SX digital videotape. I would rate image and audio quality at 9.
And I used a double-pass \"Xvid\" codec on this for excellent quality during encoding.
